He is the Director of Pacing and Electrophysiology Unit at Santa Marta Hospital, Assistant Professor of Physiology and Principal Investigator at the Clinical and Translational Physiology Unit (Instituto de Medicina Molecular) in the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon.
