Hemoptysis post Radiofrequency Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation


A 41-year-old female with symptomatic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF), intolerant to antiarrhythmic drugs, was referred for catheter ablation. The patient had an elevated body mass index with no other significant comorbidities. She underwent an elective radiofrequency (RF) pulmonary vein isolation under general anesthesia
