Cardiovascular fellows, electrophysiology fellows, and research fellows are eligible to submit their work for consideration. Submissions must meet the following criteria:

1. Original cardiovascular research (basic science or clinical trials).
2. Work may not have been published at the time of award presentation (prior presentation is permitted as long as the work has not yet been published)
3. Maximum of 2500 characters, not including spaces. Graphics or tables will count as 500 characters each.

The top three submissions will be invited to attend the 2010 Kansas City Heart Rhythm Symposium, expenses paid (conference registration, transportation, hotel accommodations) and display their work as a poster. The winner will be selected from the top three submissions; the winner will be presented with a $2,500.00 award and plaque on the final day of the conference.

• Cardiac arrhythmias
• Interventional cardiology
• Cardiac imaging
• Basic research
• Preventive cardiology
• Miscellaneous topics

The deadline for submission is June 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. CDT. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email after July 10, 2010.
